Pearson is hiring a Team Manager, Sales to lead a regional Higher Education sales team across Indonesia and Singapore. You will partner with the Director to translate strategy into practical plans, coach talent, and drive revenue growth with a focus on market share and customer outcomes.

You will strengthen sales processes, adopt tools, and shape go-to-market initiatives. A tertiary qualification and travel flexibility are preferred as you collaborate across functions.

Qualificações

• Experience leading regional sales teams, preferably in education/EdTech.
• Ability to manage cross-cultural teams across SEA regions.
• Data-driven decision making with KPIs and revenue targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a regional Higher Education sales team across Indonesia and Singapore.
• Translate strategy into practical sales plans to grow revenue and market share.
• Strengthen sales processes and adoption of tools and practices.
• Build territory plans and manage end-to-end sales execution.
• Collaborate with partners across sales, marketing, product, and ops.
• Represent customer and market insights to senior leaders.
