Pearson is seeking a Team Manager, Sales to lead and develop a high-performing Higher Education sales team across Indonesia and Singapore, driving revenue growth and market share in the tertiary education sector. You will coach, align with cross-functional partners, and shape territory execution to achieve revenue goals.

You will also influence go-to-market plans, leverage CRM tools, and foster a culture of accountability and customer impact in a fast-moving regional environment.

Competenze

• Regional sales experience in higher education or EdTech is preferred.
• Ability to build territory plans and manage revenue targets.
• Experience leading cross-cultural teams is a plus.
