Trust Recruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a results-driven sales professional to identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the North-East Region, expanding the company's client portfolio.

The role involves building strong client relationships, delivering tailored proposals, negotiating contracts, meeting targets, and collaborating with operations, logistics and customer service to ensure seamless delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of 2–4 years in a sales role, ideally within supply chain or B2B.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and client management.
• Ability to identify client needs and present value-add solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities within the North-East Region to expand Company's client portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs and requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements whilst maintaining profitability targets.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs established by senior management.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the supply chain industry.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions and pipeline progress using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams including operations, logistics and customer service to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Attend industry events, trade shows and networking functions to promote Company's services and build brand awareness.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting progress against targets and pipeline developments.
