Job summary

You will work with Regional Sales Managers and partners to scope, demonstrate, and win technical opportunities, handling deployment, configuration, and customer training. The role requires 4+ years in pre-sales for networking or security, strong communication, and hands-on knowledge of web proxy, network security, and email security.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of pre-sales experience in the computer networking or security space.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Articulate the benefits of Menlo Security solutions to diverse audiences.
• Research technical requirements to scope and architect solutions.
• Lead POC engagements including deployment and configuration of services; train users.
• Use AI-assisted tools to prepare for engagements and draft technical documents.
