Horizon3.ai is a remote-first cybersecurity company seeking a Regional Director of Sales (APJ) to build and lead a Singapore-based Account Executive team, driving market penetration across Singapore and SEA and accelerating customer acquisition. The role focuses on expanding the regional sales pipeline in a fast-growing ASEAN enterprise landscape.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of frontline sales management in Singapore and Southeast Asia within cybersecurity or high-growth SaaS.
• Foundational enterprise sales background with closing of complex deals and multi-year cycles.
• Ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing enterprise sales talent in Singapore.
• Strong experience collaborating with channel partners, distributors, and SIs in SEA.
• Forecasting discipline, rigorous pipeline inspection, and deal governance.

Responsabilités

• Execute regional sales strategy to land new logos and expand enterprise accounts.
• Hire, lead, coach, and mentor Singapore-based Account Executives.
• Own key customer relationships across Singapore and SEA with CIOs/CSOs.
• Lead regional deal strategy with multi-threading across regional HQs.
• Drive channel-first sales with distributors, resellers, and SIs.
• Align with Marketing, Product, Solutions Eng, and Customer Success on GTM.
• Provide regional market insights to inform product messaging and differentiation.
• Maintain deep knowledge of cybersecurity trends in Singapore and ASEAN.
