Job summary

Fendi Italia Srl in Singapore is seeking a Retail Operations Executive to oversee daily operations of Singapore boutiques and regional initiatives. You will drive operational excellence, manage inventory, oversee vendor relationships, and support boutique teams to optimize customer experience and efficiency.

Reporting to the Retail Excellence Director, SEAA, you will conduct store visits, train teams on systems and procedures, supervise FOH/BOH layouts, coordinate stock audits, and ensure

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in store operations and luxury retail exposure.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, stock management and procedures.
• Familiarity with local legal requirements including AML and import/export rules.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and budgets.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations in Singapore and support regional initiatives.
• Review guidelines to ensure operational excellence and policy compliance.
• Train local boutique teams on systems, procedures and POS operations.
• Supervise FOH/BOH layouts and coordinate stock audits.
• Manage inventory flows, stock transfers and packaging/store necessities.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and CITES/Imports-Exports where applicable.
