Job summary

Fendi in Singapore seeks an Operations Executive for a 6-month contract to oversee daily boutique operations and support regional objectives, ensuring policy compliance and efficient store performance.

The role requires 5+ years in store operations, strong POS knowledge, and the ability to manage vendor relationships and budgeting. Travel to boutiques will be necessary to conduct operational assessments and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in store operations, luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems, stock management, and operational procedures.
• Familiarity with market legal requirements including anti-money laundering standards and import/export regulations.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and oversee budgetary responsibilities.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Willingness to travel to boutiques for operational assessments.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Singapore boutiques and support regional initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations across stores.
• Optimize operational efficiencies and inventory management, including stock movements.
• Coordinate and rollout retail performance and operational projects at local and SEAA levels.
• Manage stock audits, cycle counts, and annual stock-takes.
• Provide training to local boutique teams on systems, procedures, and POS operations.
• Supervise FOH and BOH layouts to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Monitor and implement inventory controls and shrinkage reduction.
