Job summary

Onitsuka Tiger is seeking a seasoned Regional Retail Operations professional to coordinate and drive day-to-day execution across Southeast Asia. You will partner with the Regional Senior Retail Operations Manager to identify gaps, implement action plans, and ensure consistency in regional standards and SOPs.

You will oversee reporting, new store openings, and cross-functional collaboration with Merchandising, Marketing, VM, HR, Finance, and Logistics to elevate the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in retail operations, store management, or multi-store retail support.
• Regional exposure across Southeast Asia.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong commercial, operational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills with multiple priorities.
• Strong communication across all levels; proficient in Excel and reporting tools.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and hands-on with follow-up and execution skills.
• Passionate about retail operations and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive day-to-day retail operational execution across Southeast Asia in partnership with Regional Senior Retail Operations Manager.
• Identify gaps and drive action plans during store visits with country/store teams.
• Provide feedback to support continuous retail improvement and regional consistency.
• Monitor action plans and ensure timely completion with country teams.
• Ensure timely execution of regional retail initiatives and maintain SOPs.
• Coordinate cross-functional output with Merchandising, Marketing, VM, HR, Legal, Logistics, Store Design and Finance.
• Prepare weekly operational updates and business communications.
• Coordinate readiness for new store openings, renovations, and relocations.
• Monitor store audit findings and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Support customer experience initiatives and staff engagement across the region.
