Job summary

Kendo seeks an Assistant Manager/Senior Executive for Retail and Education in SEA. You will translate regional strategy into on‑the‑ground execution, coaching Beauty Advisors and driving education programs across markets.

The role blends field leadership, project management and cross‑functional collaboration to lift customer experience and retail results. Expect regular store visits across SEA, with focus on launches, education planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, education, field sales or beauty roles.
• Strong project management with multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel for clear reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly store visits and coach Beauty Advisors on artistry and customer experience.
• Manage BA objectives, KPIs and recruitment with cross-functional partners.
• Own Retail and Education projects end-to-end with timelines and measures.
• Track KPIs and consolidate field insights into actionable recommendations.
