Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4–5+ years of project management experience in eCommerce, consulting, or consumer electronics.
• Experience in PMO environments with governance frameworks and processes.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Microsoft Project for tracking and reporting.
• Strong organizational, time management, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements for Samsung Online initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end project execution, including initiatives like checkout enhancement, UI/UX improvements, and system upgrades.
• Proactively monitor project progress, identify risks or roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
• Oversee and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and work with technical teams to manage Jira tickets for bugs and enhancements.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and drive process improvement to ensure governance and on-time delivery.
• Prepare and deliver clear project reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
• Serve as the central point of contact for all project stakeholders and foster cross-functional collaboration across global, regional, and local teams.
