Job summary

Talent Spot Group, a US-based multinational and global manufacturer of electric motors and controls, seeks a Product Application Engineer to act as regional SME for Copra, FFU, EFU and Solutions Fan in Cleanroom, Data Center, Pharma and Electronics Manufacturing.

You will translate customer requirements into specifications and guides, support product management with market insights, and drive growth with OEMs, EPCs, and key accounts across Southeast Asia. Travel up to 50% across SEA is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, HVAC, or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years experience in HVAC, Cleanroom, Data Center Cooling or related fields.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into practical solutions and understand SEA market.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines).

Responsibilities

• Own regional product management for Copra, FFU, EFU and Solutions Fan across SEA.
• Develop application guides, white papers, and sales enablement materials.
• Support domain expertise and demand creation through customer insights and VOC.
• Identify opportunities with OEMs, EPCs, and key accounts and monitor market trends.
