Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Sales Engineer (based in Vietnam) to drive sales and business development across Southeast Asia, engaging OEM customers and expanding our network of partners in the region.

You will work with design teams and product management, manage bids and orders, and ensure alignment of HVAC capabilities with customer needs while balancing technical and commercial goals. English proficiency is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the HVAC industry or working with HVAC manufacturers.
• Proficiency in English is required. Workable Mandarin is preferred.
• Ability to balance technical expertise with a business-oriented mindset.
• Established relationships in the AHU manufacturing sector are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Engineer (located in Vietnam) will be responsible for the Sales & Business Development in SEA markets:

• Establish and maintain the relationship with OEM customers and provide the services covering all air moving products (FFU, EC Fan, etc.) in Southeast Asia, and achieve the target AOP;
• Develop multiple channels and manage relations with key stakeholders to expand the network;
• Responsible for tracking, bidding, signing orders and information collection of projects, managing the project pipeline;
• Cooperate with design institution and industrial agents to bid for projects;
• Work with product management and marketing team to build up company branding;

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in the HVAC industry or working with HVAC manufacturers.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. Workable Mandarin is preferred.
• Business Acumen: Ability to balance technical expertise with a business-oriented mindset.
• Networking: Established relationships in the AHU manufacturing sector are a plus.
