Job summary

Liberty in Asia Pacific is seeking a Process Optimisation Lead to drive standardisation and continuous improvement across Singapore and Hong Kong. The role reports to the Head of Operations Excellence and will lead a team of optimisation professionals while partnering with regional and global stakeholders to align processes, tools and best practices.

It focuses on efficiency, reduced complexity, and embedding a culture of optimisation in APAC.

Qualifications

• A proven track record of defining and delivering complex process standardisation and optimisation initiatives across the insurance value chain.
• Extensive General Insurance experience and knowledge of CI / Lean methodologies.
• Experience of formal change structure and disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the process optimisation strategy in alignment with Operations Excellence objectives and company goals.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end process optimisation lifecycle from opportunity identification to benefits realisation.
• Act as a partner to the business in delivering improved processes, standards and continuous improvement practices.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to drive cross‑regional alignment and leverage global synergies.
• Support the build out of a global optimisation framework and data‑driven tools adoption.
• Lead and facilitate workshops to drive ideas and solutions across the region.
