Hitachi Energy Singapore is seeking a Senior Project Planner to serve as the Planning SME for regional project execution. You will drive planning excellence, set governance standards, and lead scheduling across multiple engineering and infrastructure projects.

The role requires 8–10 years of planning experience, advanced Primavera P6 and MS Project skills, and strong stakeholder engagement to ensure reliable project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of project planning and scheduling experience in engineering, energy, utilities, or EPC environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project; strong project controls and earned value knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance, and governance of integrated project schedules.
• Act as regional Planning SME; drive standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Perform critical path analysis, forecasting, and schedule risk assessment.
• Engage stakeholders to gather information, drive alignment, and ensure schedule transparency.
• Mentor planners and support project controls activities across multiple projects.
