Paul Hype Page & Co. is seeking an proactive Operations Executive to support daily corporate services operations across Singapore and Malaysia. You will coordinate assignments, manage client communications and ensure timely service delivery.

Fresh graduates are welcome; prior corporate services exposure is an advantage. Training will be provided, and you will work with regional teams to optimise workflows using CRM systems and digital tools.

Competenze

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Organised, detail-oriented and responsible.
Able to multitask and follow up on assignments independently.
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools.

Mansioni

Operations Coordination: Monitor ongoing assignments and follow up with Singapore and Malaysia teams to ensure timely completion.
Client Communication: Communicate with clients via email, WhatsApp and phone to follow up on documents, approvals and outstanding matters.
Compliance & Renewals: Coordinate annual service renewals and remind clients of upcoming deadlines.
Application Monitoring: Track Singapore and Malaysia Employment Pass applications and renewals, coordinating with relevant teams.
CRM & Task Management: Maintain accurate case records and provide regular updates to management.
Team Collaboration: Assist in resolving operational issues and improving internal workflows using digital and AI tools.
