Job summary

Sephora Singapore invites a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to partner with regional leaders across Merchandising, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, Supply Chain, Legal, Procurement, Retail Excellence and Client Experience, influencing workforce design and talent strategy.

You will lead HR initiatives, ensure organizational effectiveness, manage relationships across markets including Indonesia Shared Service Center, and coach leaders to drive engagement, succession and change.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience including BP and leadership roles.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner regional leaders to translate business strategy into practical people plans.
• Drive workforce planning, talent management, organizational design and engagement.
• Lead HR Manager overseeing the Indonesia Shared Service Center and HR delivery across SEAO markets.
• Coach managers on performance, succession, change management and leadership effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Support hiring plans, onboarding and internal staffing to strengthen talent quality.
