Job summary

MacGregor in Singapore seeks an Area Sales and Marketing Manager to drive regional market engagement and account development. You will communicate with customers across shipyards and owners, plan regional marketing activities, and support direct sales for designated accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Engineering or Business/Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in technical marketing, solution sales, or business development within the maritime/offshore industry.
• Proven track record in customer-facing roles with a strong regional network.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Act as the voice of the customer, gathering market intelligence, customer feedback, and industry trends to adapt regional communication.
• Plan and execute targeted regional marketing activities and promotional campaigns for the complete product portfolio.
• Identify and drive cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, ensuring customers are exposed to the full breadth of MacGregor offerings.
• Proactively generate, qualify, and share sales leads with the wider Sales organization.
• Conduct/support direct sales negotiations (contract terms, pricing, payment terms) for designated customer accounts or product groups.
• Maintain and update the Sales CRM tool to support budgeting and forecasting.
• Execute regional strategic plans to achieve targets.
