Job summary

Shiseido Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a Store Designer to design and create retail environments for Shiseido Prestige brands. You will lead store design concepts, plan merchandising displays, and ensure brand equity across APAC regions.

The role involves coordinating with vendors, reviewing construction packages, and supporting store openings and pop-ups. Strong skills in Vectorworks, AutoCAD, and SketchUp are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in architecture design, industrial design or interior design.
• Preferably 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury retail design.

Responsibilities

• Store Planning and Design: create and develop store designs and merchandising display themes according to market plans and global direction.
• Curation of branded retail environments and design direction for APAC region.
• Review vendor packages prior to construction and ensure quality and consistency in execution.
• Create detail design packages for Point of Sale environments.
• Apply Store Design direction and guidelines for regional in-store execution.
• Conduct counter audits and post-install reviews for guideline adherence.
• Support ad-hoc design projects like pop-up stores and branding elements.
• Participate in store openings and brand activation spaces.
