Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Store Designer to join the Store Design & Visual Merchandising team.

The role focuses on delivering precise CAD/Vectorworks drawings, assessing site conditions, and aligning with retailer requirements to support design solutions with speed and accuracy. You will work with stakeholders including regional shop-fitters, project managers, and suppliers, ensuring brand standards and timelines are met.

Qualifications

• BA(HONS) Architecture or Interior degree from Singapore/APAC region.
• 3–5 years experience in leading shop fitter/construction with strong retail design experience.
• Proficient in Apple MAC environment, Adobe suite, Vectorworks, AutoCAD, SketchUp.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate projects.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage stakeholders across teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all projects are fully supported and studied to brand requirements.
• Review site requirements and propose practical solutions.
• Maintain a library of materials with clear market-specific specs.
• Coordinate with regional shop-fitters, project managers, procurement, and suppliers.
• Produce high-quality, accurate build drawings for skincare projects.
• Maintain project timelines and ensure delivery efficiency to keep projects on track.
• Ensure drawings are coordinated for retailer, shopfitter, and brand communication.
• Occasionally drive changes to retailer requirements at store sites.
