Job summary

Shiseido Singapore is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to lead end-to-end trade marketing across all retail channels, ensuring operational excellence and brand desirability. You will work with internal teams, retailers and agencies to deliver integrated campaigns for luxury experiences and CRM-driven engagement.

Key duties include planning trade marketing, coordinating retailer events, managing POSM and omnichannel content, and driving performance analytics to optimise initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline.
• 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing or Brand Marketing, preferably luxury or premium brands.
• Proven experience executing trade marketing programmes, retailer campaigns and customer events.
• Experience in CRM, experiential marketing or omnichannel customer engagement is an advantage.
• Strong project management with multiple stakeholders and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of annual trade marketing plans aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
• Coordinate retailer marketing initiatives including promotions, product launches and in-store activations.
• Manage retail marketing calendar across Department Stores, Sephora and Boutiques for consistent execution.
• Oversee POSM allocation and retail marketing materials; ensure visual merchandising excellence.
• Plan premium customer experiences and CRM initiatives; drive omnichannel engagement and events.
• Coordinate campaigns with agencies, suppliers and internal teams; monitor performance and budgets.
