Job summary

Shiseido Company, Limited is seeking a Regional Visual Merchandising Intern for 1H 2027 to gain regional exposure across Asia Pacific. You will assist the Regional Retail Design Team with design and execution to create engaging retail environments.

You will develop skills in graphic design using Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and 3D tools, and support marketing collateral adaptations. On-site visits and collaboration with diverse markets are expected.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in design or related fields.
• Strong creative and visual design skills with attention to typography and color.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams across Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities

• Design creation for on-counter Visual Merchandising elements.
• Conduct on-site execution and mockups for in-store environments.
• Produce high-quality graphic/3D design outputs using Adobe tools.
• Support adaptation of marketing collateral and VM drawings as needed.
