Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver frontline and second-line technical assistance for hardware, software, networks, and systems.

The role includes desktop deployment, account management for MS 365 and ERP, and remote as well as on-site user support across local and regional offices. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in IT and 2+ years of related experience, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot IT issues across hardware, software, and network domains.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and remote assistance tools.
• Comfort with IT infrastructure concepts and enterprise security basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level IT support for hardware, software, network, and systems issues.
• Install, configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, OS, and business apps.
• Set up and troubleshoot printers, scanners, monitors, and peripherals.
• Perform software installations, updates, patches, and system troubleshooting.
• Support users remotely and on-site across local and regional offices.
• Manage user accounts and access rights for Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and ERP apps.
• Handle password resets and access requests per policy.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
• Administer Active Directory, servers, and related IT infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and daily logs for stability and availability.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and application-layer issues.
• Support deployment and maintenance of new systems and tech solutions.
• Provide SAP and corporate app user support and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with users and vendors for smooth operation of critical systems.
• Maintain records of IT assets, licenses, and equipment inventory.
• Conduct regular IT inventory checks and audits.
• Track asset movement, maintenance, and disposal activities.
• Coordinate repairs with external vendors and service providers.
• Provide admin support and maintain IT documentation.
• Prepare reports and update technical records.
