Job summary

Olympus Corporation seeks an IT Service Delivery Manager to oversee regional IT infrastructure service delivery, aligning local operations with global IT standards and roadmaps. You will bridge local business needs with Global IT, ensuring reliable services, budgeting, and compliant operations across Olympus sites.

You will manage local vendor relationships, drive improvements, and participate in global IT projects while supporting regional budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure service delivery within regional or local responsibility.
• Proven experience working with offshore service providers.
• Strong IT Infrastructure technology and ITSM/ITIL know-how.
• Extensive technology infrastructure project experience.
• Experience in Agile IT environment would be a preference.

Responsibilities

• Support the Global IT Service delivery team and ensure local requirements are captured and delivered.
• Oversee regional and local infrastructure, including IT-related facilities and legacy systems, aligning with global standards.
• Manage day-to-day IT service delivery across Olympus sites within the region and/or local entity.
• Develop and implement a roadmap to standardize local IT services in line with global strategies.
• Support Global IT Infrastructure teams in delivering Global IT Services and Projects, considering regional impacts.
• Execute local IT projects such as office moves in alignment with global IT standards.
• Ensure local IT compliance requirements are understood, communicated, and delivered.
• Support local and regional IT vendor and partner management, ensuring SLAs and contractual obligations are met.
