Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a Regional IT Systems Specialist to lead regional digital transformation initiatives and optimize enterprise workflows. The role involves designing, deploying, and integrating low-code workflow platforms across regional operations, and supporting end-to-end web application development with secure API integrations.

You will partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to drive projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring governance and security

Qualifications

• Experience implementing digital solutions and managing workflows.
• Proficient in web development, databases, and cloud architecture.
• Strong regional IT project delivery, risk management and stakeholder coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS; professional certs like PMP/ITIL are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, deployment, and integration of low-code workflow platforms across regional operations.
• Support end-to-end web application development with modern frameworks and secure APIs.
• Drive regional technology projects from initiation to delivery with governance and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to evaluate new technologies and improve processes.
• Provide technical leadership, user enablement, and platform support for adoption.
