Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an IT leader to drive OutSystems-based workflow solutions and multi-country digital initiatives. You will design, develop, and maintain workflow apps and integrate them with .NET, API services, and cloud platforms, while ensuring security and compliance.

You will lead regional projects, coordinate with global IT teams and vendors, mentor IT specialists, and deliver value through automation and streamlined processes across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related discipline.
• At least 3 years IT experience focused on OutSystems/workflow systems, digital solutions, system integration, or IT project management; regional/multi-country experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with OutSystems and coding; knowledge of .NET/C#, web technologies, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, ERP systems, or automation technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills; ITIL, PMP, or relevant cloud/web development certs advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, maintenance, and integration of workflow applications using OutSystems, including end-user support.
• Develop and support web-based applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python, including API integrations.
• Lead regional IT and digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery, risk management, system integration, and alignment with business and global IT requirements.
• Collaborate with business units, global IT teams, and vendors to identify requirements, implement digital solutions, and drive process automation and technology adoption.
• Manage and mentor a team of IT specialists while providing technical guidance, user training, and ensuring solutions meet cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance requirements.
