Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a contract OutSystems Developer to design, develop and deploy scalable applications across UI, business logic, and data models.

You will work with Agile teams, build automated workflows, and ensure secure, compliant deployments while collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–7 years hands-on OutSystems development experience.
• OutSystems certification, preferably Associate Reactive Developer or higher.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum, DevOps practices and end-to-end application development lifecycles.
• Experience integrating legacy systems with modern platforms and applications.
• Knowledge of Singapore Government ICT policies, standards and security requirements would be advantageous.
• Experience with the GovTech technology stack and government digital development environments would be greatly advantageous
• Experience integrating applications with AI or machine learning services would be advantageous
