Qualifications

5+ years in IT roles with a focus on workflow (Outsystems), digital solutions, system integration, or IT project management.
Regional or multi-country experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
ITIL, PMP, or relevant cloud/web development certifications.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain apps and workflows in Outsystems.
Support integration of Outsystems with other systems.
End user support.
Design, deploy, and maintain digital solutions that meet regional business needs.
Ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems.
Support API integrations and ensure secure, scalable architecture.
Lead regional IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with global standards.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report status to stakeholders.
Work closely with business units, global IT teams, and vendors to identify requirements and deliver solutions.
Act as a regional point of contact for digital initiatives and support.
Identify opportunities for process automation and digitalization.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance.
Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing and teamwork.
Provide technical support for digital tools and platforms.
Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of solutions.
Ensure all solutions adhere to cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance standards.
