Job summary

Link Property Management (Redwood) Private Limited in Singapore seeks an experienced IT professional to bridge business and technology, delivering enterprise applications, enhancements and digital platforms with cross-functional teams.

You will partner with stakeholders, manage vendors, and oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, scope adherence and user adoption across ERP, billing, and digital services.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in enterprise applications, business analysis, project delivery, or technology consulting.
• Experience in vendor management and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience delivering enterprise application projects, improvements or digital transformation.
• Exposure to ERP, Property Management, Billing, and Digital Platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build strong working relationships with business users and stakeholders.
• Gather, document and validate business requirements.
• Manage stakeholder expectations on scope, timelines, cost and risks.
• Translate technical issues into business impacts and mitigation plans.
• Support change management and user adoption activities.
• Lead and coordinate application projects, enhancements and upgrades.
• Maintain project plans, action logs, risks and status reports.
• Coordinate business users, IT teams and vendors.
• Ensure delivery is on time, within scope and with quality.
