Job summary

iHub Solutions, a Logistics Technology leader headquartered in Singapore, seeks an IT Executive to support day-to-day IT operations across Singapore and regional offices. You will handle user support, device management, and infrastructure coordination, ensuring secure access and smooth operations.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, familiarity with Windows/Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and VPN, plus collaboration with cybersecurity vendors. 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Preferably 2 years of IT Executive or IT support experience.
• Experience liaising with IT vendors and cybersecurity vendors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT support contact across Singapore and regional offices.
• Resolve hardware, software, Microsoft 365, VPN, and access issues for users.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, permissions, onboarding/offboarding across IT systems.
• Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobiles, printers, and peripherals.
• Support basic server monitoring, network troubleshooting, and backup checks.
