You will align IT strategies with business objectives and deliver scalable solutions that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and digital transformation initiatives. Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT roles with a focus on workflow, digital solutions, system integration, or IT project management.
• Regional or multi-country experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Outsystems workflow system design, development and maintenance.
• Drive adoption of digital technologies across the region.
• Lead regional IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with global standards.
• Collaborate with business units, global IT teams, and vendors to identify requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure secure, scalable architecture; support API integrations and data privacy compliance.
• Mentor and coach team members; provide training to end-users for effective solution utilization.
