Sephora SEA seeks a Manager, Space Planning to optimise in-store space across markets, develop and maintain floor plans and planograms, and drive productivity through data-driven recommendations.

You will lead a small team, conduct space efficiency analyses, and coordinate with Market Merchandising and Regional VM to ensure consistent brand line-up and space allocation for new and renovated stores.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in space planning, preferably in retail or beauty industry.
• Ability to develop and maintain floor plans and planograms to maximise productivity.
• Strong collaboration with regional teams and market merchandising.

Responsabilités

• Analyse space efficiency and utilisation to optimise available space.
• Develop and maintain floor plans and planograms across categories.
• Lead quarterly brand/range reviews and SKU optimisation sessions with SEA and Market Category teams.
• Provide floor planning guidance for new and renovated stores.
• Lead a team of 2 and plan for future needs and operations.
• Ensure performance, development, succession and career progression through talent reviews.
