Job summary

Sephora SEA seeks an Assistant Manager, Inventory Optimization to sharpen regional inventory strategies and return programs. You will review stock across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, identify opportunities, and coordinate with brands and planning teams to reduce aging inventory.

The role involves leading RTV negotiations, aligning cross-functional partners, and delivering comprehensive reports on RTV performance and depreciation for the SEA region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Operations Management or Supply Chain.
• 5+ years in Planning or Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Advanced Excel; VBA, Power BI, and SAP experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review inventory holdings across SEA to identify return opportunities.
• Align with brands and regional teams on inventory reduction plans.
• Lead RTV negotiations and ensure timely execution with partners.
• Deliver reporting and analytics on RTV and depreciation metrics.
• Collaborate with Local Supply Chain and Logistics to implement actions.
