Job summary

Alibaba Cloud's Infrastructure Operations Team seeks a seasoned professional to oversee global infrastructure operations. You will partner with colocation providers, manage risks, and ensure service quality across regions.

Key responsibilities include setting operational standards, conducting on-site audits, and coordinating with internal engineering and vendor teams to deliver reliable, efficient facilities globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline.
• Over 8 years of infrastructure operations experience with colocation/vendor governance.
• Proven track record in vendor governance and operational auditing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with colocation providers to govern daily operations, risk, and service quality.
• Set and audit operational standards; conduct on-site reviews and close gaps.
• Create regional risk governance frameworks for electrical/HVAC infra.
• Integrate monitoring systems across regional infrastructure with stakeholders.
• Review electrical/HVAC automation logic to ensure reliability and safety.
• Lead commissioning and tuning of electrical/HVAC systems for production readiness.
• Collaborate with global HQ on strategy, standards, and regional capability.
