Job summary

NCS is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead and optimize data center and cloud operations across the Asia Pacific region. You will oversee physical and virtual infrastructure, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability to support business goals.

Lead cross-functional teams, manage projects, and drive capacity planning, performance improvements, and cost efficiency. Implement DR/BC plans and ensure regulatory compliance across environments.

Qualifications

• Certification in data center operations (DCMP/CDCP) or equivalent.
• Experience with automation tools and scripting (Ansible, Python, PowerShell).
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and business continuity management.
• Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL.
• Microsoft Azure Certified Administrator or equivalent with minimum 3 years hands-on cloud administrator.
• AWS hands-on experience & familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standard added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management and maintenance of the data center's physical and virtual/cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure secure, reliable, scalable infrastructure to meet business needs.
• Plan, implement and upgrade infrastructure for performance and capacity.
