The Japan Research Institute, Limited (Singapore Branch) is seeking a VP - Regional Implementation Manager for the Global Transaction Banking Department GTBD, APAC. This senior role leads end-to-end implementations of cash management, trade finance, liquidity, and connectivity solutions, coordinating with sales, product, operations, and regional teams to deliver client outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in implementation and project delivery within Transaction Banking, strong ERP and API

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in implementation, project management, solution delivery, or client onboarding within Transaction Banking or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and integration frameworks.
• Subject matter expertise in APIs and digital connectivity solutions with hands-on knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON/XML/ISO 20022.
• Solid understanding of corporate banking systems, payment formats and host-to-host connectivity.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in a matrix/multi-country environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from standard to complex solutions.
• Be primary client contact during implementation lifecycle, coordinating with users, IT, vendors and stakeholders.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and governance for successful delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Operations, Legal, Technology and regional teams to drive outcomes.
• Ensure solutions meet business requirements and service expectations.
• Conduct client training and promote solution adoption.
