Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Regional HRIS Manager to lead HRIS operations across the APAC region and drive data integrity, security, and governance.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, and global HRIS teams, coordinate vendors, and deliver robust HR reporting and dashboards using Power BI and Advanced Excel. The role requires hands-on SAP SuccessFactors expertise and strong project and stakeholder management skills across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRIS experience.
• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors expertise.
• Experience in regional APAC HRIS operations and governance.
• Strong knowledge of HR data management, integrity, security and compliance.
• Experience in HR reporting, dashboards using Power BI and Advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS operations across APAC to optimize data integrity and efficiency.
• Oversee governance and compliance of HRIS processes.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and global HRIS teams and vendors.
• Develop HR reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.

• Experience with HR reporting, dashboards, Power BI & Advanced Excel
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Experience coordinating with HR, IT, global HRIS teams and vendors
• Knowledge of employee lifecycle, organization and performance management processes
