Job summary

SAMSUNG ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support regional commercial and corporate functions from Singapore. You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, while coordinating with senior management in South Korea.

You will drive organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and DEI initiatives across Southeast Asia & Oceania, with emphasis on data-driven insights and effective employee lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline.
• 10 years of progressive HR experience including 4-6 years in HR business partnering.
• Proven ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Korean required and knowledge of Singapore employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning to business leaders in the Regional Office.
• Serving as the main point of contact for employee life cycle activities such as onboarding & offboarding, goal setting, performance evaluation, and grievance management.
• Partnering with HR COEs and functions to improve frameworks and initiatives while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Leverage people analytics to anticipate issues and bring data-driven solutions.
• Lead regional engagement initiatives and DEI programs to foster an inclusive workplace.
• Experience in managing 1-2 direct reports.
