Job summary

Aesen is seeking an Assistant Manager, Group HR in Singapore to lead group-wide HR initiatives and regional operations. The role covers policy review, employee engagement programs, governance, and cross-functional project coordination across ASEAN markets.

The candidate will design learning frameworks, manage HR data and HRIS platforms, and support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance tracking, and payroll interfaces.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience with regional exposure.
• Familiar with ASEAN compliance requirements.
• Experience in training and development programs.
• Strong analytical and confidential handling skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office; TimesPro advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee group-wide HR functions and regional matters.

• Support compliance with employment laws across regions.
