Job summary

INNERGY CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced HR professional to join as Assistant Manager, Group HR.

The role supports group-wide HR initiatives and regional operations across engagement, learning and development, recruitment, compensation and benefits, HR governance and employee lifecycle management. The successful candidate will partner with hiring managers, manage HRIS and payroll coordination, and drive HR process improvements across ASEAN markets while ensuring compliance and

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in HR or related field.
At least five years of generalist HR experience.
Experience in regional HR operations and L&D preferred.
Familiarity with ASEAN employment practices.
Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
Experience with Times Pro is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Coordinate regional HR operations and administration.
Support full employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding.
Partner with hiring managers on manpower requirements and recruitment strategies.
Oversee regional compensation and benefits activities.
Manage regional HRIS, records and training compliance.
Develop and evaluate regional learning and development programmes.
Ensure HR practices comply with employment laws across ASEAN.
