BMW Group in Singapore is seeking a CRM Executive Intern to support regional CRM activities across Southeast Asia. You will work on dashboards, campaigns, and market decisions that reach dealers and importers in multiple markets.

You will gain hands-on experience in project management, regional strategy exposure, and practical CRM automation applications while collaborating with teams across BMW and MINI brands.

Qualificações

• Currently studying business, marketing, data/analytics, IT or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Salesforce familiar is a plus.
• Strong analytics skills and ability to translate data into business insights.
• Clear communicator in English; comfortable across cultures.
• Organized, proactive and able to coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Campaigns: support end-to-end campaign cycle with media agencies from brief to reporting and lead gen forms; maintain models and tagging; report results.
• CRM platforms: support day-to-day use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud and Analytics Cloud; assist with data quality checks and issue documentation.
• Insights and steering: prepare monthly market reports on sales funnel, campaign performance, loyalty; identify trends and opportunities.
• Projects: help deliver system integrations, dashboards, customer journey initiatives.
• Enablement: assist trainings and onboarding of new users; troubleshoot with vendors.
