Job summary

BMW Group Singapore is seeking a Human Resource Operations Intern to support the Local HR team across Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Orientation activities. The role includes promoting HR communications through internal channels and assisting in policy updates.

You will help coordinate HR projects, support employee engagement activities, and provide administrative support to ensure effective HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Commitment to an internship period of at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations within the Local HR team including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Orientation activities.
• Support and promote HR communications through internal channels (newsletters, email, intranet, SharePoint).
• Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies, processes, and documentation.

What You Should Bring Along

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Comfortable working with digital tools, with an interest in learning about HR processes and process improvements.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• A commitment to an internship period of at least 6 months.
