Job summary

Chainalysis is seeking a Senior Regional HR Generalist based in Singapore to serve as the primary people operations partner for APAC and UAE. You will advise managers, manage regional leave and immigration, and collaborate on global people initiatives while ensuring local compliance across Singapore, Korea, Japan, Australia, and the UAE.

You will work with a global People Team to deliver compliant, high-quality HR operations and policy execution, while navigating a fast-paced tech environment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, People Operations professional, or similar role with multi-jurisdictional experience in APAC.
• Strong working knowledge of Singapore employment law and statutory requirements.
• Experience navigating employment regulations in at least one additional market in APAC (South Korea, Japan, Australia or UAE).
• Proven ability to advise and coach managers on people matters with sound judgment across nuanced situations.
• Excellent communication across time zones, cultures, and seniority.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to people advisor for managers across APAC and UAE, providing practical guidance on policies and local employment practices.
• Own comprehensive leave administration across the region, including statutory leaves and jurisdiction-specific requirements.
• Coordinate regional benefits renewals with Benefits Lead and local vendors for compliant offerings.
• Provide immigration support for APAC and UAE employees, coordinating with external counsel and vendors as needed.
• Support and lead employee relations matters and offboarding processes across the region with discretion.
• Identify gaps in regional compliance or processes and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with the global People Team to ensure consistency while adapting for local requirements.
• Contribute to global People Team projects with a regional perspective.
