Job summary

LEWE Engineering Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Regional Human Resources & Administration Manager based in Singapore to lead HR and Administration across Singapore and regional operations in Malaysia, Indonesia (Batam) and India.

You will develop people strategies, manage the full employee lifecycle, and drive regional HR governance, compliance, and analytics while partnering with senior management to support growth and regional deployment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HRM or related discipline.
10+ years of progressive HR experience; regional exposure.
Experience in regional multi-country HR management (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, India).
Strong English communication; willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

Lead HR and Administration across Singapore and regional operations.
Partner with Management on workforce planning and manpower budgeting.
Develop and localise HR policies, SOPs and governance frameworks.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, promotions and employee relations.
Manage payroll governance, attendance, leaves and HR controls.
Lead training, development and succession planning initiatives.
Support cross-border HR matters including work authorisation and immigration processes.
Monitor employment legislation changes and support audits.
