Job summary

European company in Singapore seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth across Vietnam and Philippines markets. The role, based in Singapore, involves up to 40% travel and a contingent 12-month engagement with a competitive remuneration package.

You will lead events, expand partner networks, manage budgets, and report forecasts while collaborating with Directors on regional business strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years BD experience in Vietnam and Philippines market.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree; culinary degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication at all levels.
• Self-starter, detail-oriented and results-driven.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute BD activities to drive growth and market leadership in the assigned region.
• Promote product benefits through regional events and campaigns.
• Expand customer base and develop dealer/partner networks.
• Build Consultant/Designer network for specification.
• Manage territory volume and pursue identified and new opportunities.
• Prepare monthly reports, forecasts and region budgets.
• Develop and implement regional business and marketing plans.
• Represent the company at trade shows and regional meetings.
• Coordinate all business activities and post-sales support.
