Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BD experience for Vietnam/Philippines market.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree; culinary degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication.
• Self-starter, detail-oriented, motivated, and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Willingness for 40% overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute BD activities to grow in assigned region.
• Promote product technology at culinary events.
• Develop and expand partner and dealer networks.
• Develop Consultant/Designer network for specs.
• Build a strong referral network.
• Document customer data in CRM.
• Grow territory by pursuing opportunities.
• Pre-plan daily/weekly/monthly plans; follow up.
• Prepare monthly reports and forecasts.
• Develop region business plan and budget.
• Collaborate on regional strategies with Directors.
• Participate in regional/national trade shows.
• Report market/competitor issues.
• Coordinate and implement all business activities.
• Manage pre- and after-sales activities.
