Job summary

MoneyHero Group seeks a Head of Operations to define and drive regional customer service and fulfillment strategies across markets. You will build scalable operating models, establish governance, and deliver cost-efficient, high-quality customer experiences.

Based in Hong Kong or Singapore, you will partner with Product, Technology, AI & Engineering, and Finance to scale the group’s operations while maintaining strong controls and trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum 12 years in operations, customer service, fulfillment or related function.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute regional operating strategy for Customer Service and Fulfillment.
• Establish operating models, service standards, governance and performance targets.
• Lead regional Customer Service and Fulfillment, across markets and channels.
• Drive automation, transformation, and end-to-end process improvements.
• Develop leadership capabilities and succession planning across markets.
