Job summary

MoneyHero Limited is seeking a Head of Operations to lead regional Customer Service, Fulfillment and Operations Transformation across markets in Asia. You will define operating strategy, establish scalable standards, and drive cost efficiency while preserving service quality and customer trust.

Qualifications

• 12+ years experience in operations, customer service, fulfillment or related field.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role across multiple markets or locations.
• Proven track record leading operational transformations, automation and customer-experience initiatives.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive governance and performance metrics.
• Experience in digital, tech, marketplace, or financial-services environments is preferred.
