Job summary

MoneyHero Group is seeking a Head of Operations (Customer Service and Fulfillment) to lead regional strategies across markets. You will shape operating models, governance, and performance targets while driving improvements in customer experience and fulfillment operations.

The role collaborates with Product, Technology, AI & Engineering, and Finance to build a scalable, cost-efficient operations function that supports growth and maintains strong controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 12+ years in operations, customer service or fulfillment.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role across multiple markets.
• Experience driving automation and customer-experience initiatives.
• Experience in digital/fintech or growth-stage businesses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the regional operating strategy for Customer Service and Fulfillment.
• Establish operating models, service standards, governance and KPIs across markets.
• Lead regional Customer Service and Fulfillment functions across markets.
• Oversee fulfillment accuracy, lead times, inventory and risk-mitigation.
• Drive continuous-improvement, automation and transformation initiatives.
