Job summary

MoneyHero Group is seeking a Head of Operations (Customer Service and Fulfillment) to lead regional operations across markets, including Singapore and Hong Kong. You will define the operating strategy, establish scalable standards, and partner with Product, Technology, AI & Engineering, Commercial, Finance and Procurement to improve customer experience, operational performance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• At least 12 years’ relevant experience in operations, customer service, fulfillment, or related function.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a senior leadership role across multiple markets.
• Experience leading significant operational transformation, process redesign, automation and customer-experience initiatives.
• Experience establishing scalable operating models, service standards, governance frameworks and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the regional operating strategy for Customer Service and Fulfillment across markets.
• Establish operating models, service standards, governance arrangements, and performance targets and reporting disciplines.
• Translate business priorities into actionable plans, resource requirements and transformation roadmaps.
• Provide senior leadership with insight into operational performance, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Lead a customer-centric, cost-efficient, scalable organizational structure.
