MoneyHero Group seeks a Head of Operations to lead regional Customer Service and Fulfillment with accountability for strategy, standards, and performance across markets. Lead a high-impact team, drive automation, and ensure cost-efficient delivery of services and rewards fulfillment.

The role collaborates with Product, Technology, AI & Engineering, Commercial, and Finance, and may be based in Hong Kong or Singapore, overseeing multiple markets in the group.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required in business/admin/operations mgmt or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Set and execute the regional operating strategy for Customer Service and Fulfillment across markets.
• Establish operating models, service standards, governance and targets.
• Translate priorities into actionable functional plans and roadmaps.
• Provide senior leadership with insights into performance, risks and opportunities.
• Lead continuous-improvement, automation and transformation initiatives across functions.
